2011 Releases
→ Vice Verses
The follow up to their Grammy winning “Hello Hurricane” found Switchfoot stepping into new territories and showcasing different colors. With songs like the spoken word “Selling the News” and the almost 7 minute long “Where I Belong”, Vice Verses burst into the scene in a bold proclamation of who Switchfoot was and where they were going. The album debuted at #8 on the Billboard charts, and the first single of the album, Dark Horses, hit the top 10 on the Alternative radio charts. Several deluxe and super deluxe editions of the album are available on Switchfoot.com

2010 Releases
→ Eastern Hymns for Western Shores
In their annual Christmas Package, the guys released a brand new EP, a dark collection of rare songs. The guys wrote, saying, “These songs were recorded during the time between Nothing Is Sound and Oh! Gravity. For years the masters to these sessions were thought to be lost/stolen, but they have at last been recovered. Recorded and mixed within the same week, these six songs showcase a darker and more mysterious sound for the band, and we’re excited that they will finally be heard. We went all out with the packaging for it too. Each song on the EP has it’s own unique postcard and it’s all wrapped up like you just picked them up from the gift shop on your travels around the world. We really hope you like it!” The six song EP featured old fan favorites such as Daylight to Break as well as new offerings, like the dark and brooding Overthrow. After the initial printing sold out, Switchfoot re-released the EP in 2011.
